M.O.R.E. is PMI’s vision for the project profession. What is it, why does it matter, and how can project professionals begin putting it into practice? PMI’s “From Vision to Practice” playbook introduces M.O.R.E. as a practical way to rethink project success beyond scope, schedule, and budget. In this session, we will explore what M.O.R.E. means, why it matters to project professionals, and how its practices can be connected to familiar PMBOK Guide concepts to make them easier to understand and apply in project work. Meet the Presenter

Jonathan Lee PMP, PMI-ACP, DAC, DASSM, MCSE
Jonathan is the founder of Riics and an adjunct professor at Illinois Tech’s Stuart School of Business, with more than 29 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, Agile, and training. He is a former President of the PMI Chicagoland Chapter and currently serves on PMI’s Project Success “M.O.R.E.” Insight Team and Thought Leadership Advisory Council.
Jonathan is also a frequent speaker at PMI global events, chapter conferences, and professional development programs, where he shares insights on project success, agile ways of working, value delivery, and the evolving role of project professionals.
As part of PMI’s Project Success work, Jonathan was the architect behind mapping the 40 M.O.R.E. practices to the PMBOK Guide framework, helping to translate PMI’s research into practical guidance for project professionals.
