Presentation:

Using a real ERP implementation I managed from 2011 to 2013, this presentation explores how 2026-era AI tools could change the way project managers plan, communicate, manage risk, support decisions, prepare documentation, train users, and close out complex projects. The session will compare how the work was done then with how a project manager could approach similar work today using AI as a practical delivery partner, while still protecting the role of human judgment, accountability, and stakeholder trust.

Our Speaker: 

Josh Burdick is Founder and Principal Consultant of Night Signal Consulting LLC. He is a PMP, MBA, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and AI-Native certified instructor with 28 years of experience in project management, enterprise agile transformation, and AI enablement. During his 18.5-year career at Chevron, Josh managed complex IT projects before becoming a Senior Agile Coach, delivering more than 135 SAFe certification courses and training more than 4,000 professionals. He now helps organizations apply AI in practical ways to improve project delivery, agile ways of working, and business agility.

Full refunds will be granted if request is submitted before the defined early bird deadline identified for the event. Partial refunds of 50% of the course registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received after the early bird deadline but prior to the day of delivery for the event.
