Leonardo, "Leo", is a long-term PMI Dallas Volunteer who started his volunteering journey in 2015, serving as the PMI Dallas Newsletter Monthly Editor.
He loves to talk and network with other professionals, and his passion for Project Management and Information Technology has led him to different positions inside the Dallas metroplex. Currently he is teaching Technology, Coding and Robotics classes for the Dallas ISD.
Having lived in Latin America and Asian countries, Leonardo has been exposed to different cultures and mindsets where he learned that it is important to always be available and serve others. In his spare time, he watches Barcelona's soccer games and is involved in mission ministries at different Evangelical churches.
"I love the PMI events and especially the people who make the Dallas Chapter an awesome place to share and learn. One of my meaningful memories is when I had a severe accident, broke my ankle, and was not able to walk for several months. Susan Kennedy collected money to buy a knee scooter to help with my mobility. That really touched my heart and made me appreciate more the very kind people inside PMI Dallas and realized that the members are more important than events and programs. Thank you PMI Dallas Chapter!"
If you see Leonardo walking around, introduce yourself, he loves smiles and sharing stories.
On behalf of the Dallas Chapter, we thank Leonardo for his invaluable contribution!
