My name is Marilyn Muhammad-Lawal. I am pursuing my doctorate in management with a general concentration at Colorado Technical University. I am conducting a doctoral study titled "Exploring Quality Processes Mature Project Management Offices in Information Technology Companies Use to Provide Organizational Value." This research aims to understand the quality processes used by mature Project Management Offices in Information Technology Consulting companies to provide organizational value. The study involves an interview on the research topic that will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
Participation in this research is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw at any point without any negative consequences. The study is designed to maintain complete anonymity from experts who have or are working in a mature Project Management Office in the United States. To qualify as a participant in this purposive study, you must be a certified project manager (Agile or Waterfall) or a leader of a Project Management Office with a bachelor’s degree or higher. Your insights and experiences would be greatly appreciated, as they will contribute to understanding the quality processes used by mature Project Management Offices.
