Celebrating Volunteers

Inna Baker - Newsletter Director

Inna BakerInna Baker is a dedicated project management professional with over 14 years of experience, specializing in delivering complex capital technical infrastructure projects and strategic business development programs on time and within budget. Inna has been an active volunteer for the PMI Dallas Chapter since 2022, passionately contributing her expertise to the vibrant community. Committed to the PMI Dallas Chapter's mission, Inna looks forward to collaborating on exciting initiatives and continuing to elevate the standards of the project management profession.



Dallas Eshelman - Website Director

Dallas EshelmanValerian Kai Dallas Eshelman (Dallas) has been a member of PMI Dallas for over 22 years and currently serves as the chapter’s Web Director. He was PMP certified in 2002 and has over 26 years in the practice of Project Management. Dallas is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin and Gonzaga with a Master of Arts degree in Communication. Dallas lives in Denton with his wife, Katy and they have two grown children, Evan and Bryn.



Doug Larson - Content Director

Doug LarsonDoug Larson is an experienced Product Owner and Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading digital marketing content and platform projects from concept through delivery. Doug is also a former two-term VP Communications and AVP Technology serving on the Board of Directors and supporting the many active volunteers here at PMI Dallas Chapter. And we are proud to announce his most recent move to a new volunteer role with the Chapter as Content Director with responsibilities writing and managing content for our website, newsletter, and strategic initiatives as necessary.


Joel Hernandez -  Social Media Director

Joel Hernandez Joel E. Hernandez Soto is a seasoned Restaurant Co-Founder with over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, showcasing expertise in organizational leadership, operating systems, and consulting. His journey, which began as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, has led to influential roles such as Executive Chef at Taller de Tapas and Co-Founder at Grupomesa. Joel's commitment to continuous growth is evident through certifications in Transformational Leadership, Google Data Analytics, Business Analysis Foundations, Marketing Foundations, Scrum, Strategic Human Resources, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. His dynamic career and dedication to excellence inspire and elevate the culinary world.


Jennifer Duenhoelter - UTD PM Symposium Volunteer, Social Media Team

Jennifer Duenhoelter Jennifer_Duenhoelter is a dedicated and accomplished professional who has made significant contributions both as a volunteer and in her career. She has been an invaluable volunteer for the PMI Dallas Chapter, actively participating in the UTD Project Management Symposium for over a decade, since August 2012. Her unwavering commitment to the success of this event has been commendable, and her dedication to the project management community is truly inspiring. .
