Hello from the Operations and Support Team!
My name is Valorie Hanes and am the Vice President of the group and Elaine Lee is our Associate VP. We are responsible for operations, purchasing, contracts, and governance for the PMI Dallas Chapter. We have a small but MIGHTY team of volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to support our members and events. We are very excited to introduce some of our new team members!
Here is a little something from a few of our new team members – on why they have decided to become volunteers at PMI Dallas Chapter:
Eddie Sweeten: "I'm a Volunteer Director of Member Ops and Support at PMIDallas. I take great pleasure in helping others and volunteering for PMI during these troublesome times has been a special opportunity to do just that. Wish everyone joy and strength!"
Dr. Uduak Amasi-Nkalari: "I love working with the Ops team at PMI Dallas because of its high impact role. The Ops team communicates effectively, executes and organizes efficiently. We are a very fun and positive team!"
Srinivas Jonnalagadda: "Volunteering gives me sense of fulfillment and personal satisfaction. I learned a lot from PMI and Toastmasters, and no it is time to give back not only through mentoring but also through operations."
