My name is Joel Hernández Soto. I’m a Project Management Professional dedicated to helping new and existing restaurant owners conceptualize their business ideas and streamline ongoing operations.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, joined the Navy as a Corpsman, and had a great time taking care of Marines. After serving my time, I got interested in culinary arts and earned my bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management.I started my career as a Chef in the catering business and later got together with a couple of friends to be the Chef/owner of a new restaurant.
It is no secret that opening a business, especially a restaurant, is wild and hectic, so in my search for running a more efficient restaurant, I decided to pursue my certification as a Project Management Professional and put that knowledge to practice. Now I’m fully dedicated to project management and helping those needing standardized processes that lead to quality control.
