Where do you work?
IT Security Program Management
What area(s) do you volunteer with (Team Name or VP area)?
VP Professional Development: Dallas Chapter PMI Mentor. Director of the Dallas Chapter Book Review Program.
Why did you decide to volunteer with the PMI Dallas Chapter?
I wanted to give back to the Dallas Chapter professional community members.
What do you enjoy about volunteering?
I enjoy working with people and watching them advance in their career.
Other personal interests or activities?
Travel, fishing, guitar, live music, photography and spending time with people I care about deeply.
Best piece of project management advice you’ve given or received?
No matter where you are on you on your project management journey, work with a mentor to create a
plan, and take baby steps on a consistent basis to achieve your goals. It will happen with perseverance.
Also, give to others without expectation and choose your inner circle wisely.
