Hello everyone! I'm Cliff Snell, and I love sculpting success, whether it's new endeavors, building teams, or creating art. I enjoy family, faith, projects, art, and learning. I consider myself a Texan, even though it took a few years to get here. As a Texan, I enjoy food with a kick, the outdoors, and family.
I'm a Project Manager for Dallas College with a drive for innovative thinking, learning, and focus for better Leadership, Design, and Operations. I am skilled in project management, design, and developing teams with degrees in Organizational Leadership and an MBA with a Business Analytics concentration. My project management certifications include traditional project management and agile practices holding PMP, PSM-I, and ITIL certifications.
I believe leadership is within everyone, and I work to bring that out in others. Leading requires strong communication skills, vision, and having sensitivity to the needs of others. To meet these fundamentals, I pull from my coaching and training experiences as an IT professional and graphic designer while practicing my vocation. Knowing the needs of others comes about by listening and establishing a good relationship. Finally, applying a servant-leader approach fosters development, growth, and motivation.
On behalf of the chapter, we thank Clifford Snell for beeing part of the PMI Dallas.
