Ana Blanco is a Technical Project Manager with a focus on continuous improvement. She is a PMP and holds a MBA with a concentration in Project Management. Ana is also a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is currently working on her Green Belt certification.
Throughout her career, Ms. Blanco has led projects in construction, retail, sales, marketing, operations, network, and wholesale delivery. She is passionate about helping others to achieve high-performance by reducing waste, standardizing processes, increasing business growth, reducing cost, and maximizing customer experiences.
Ana has been a director of Career Placement for the PMI Dallas Chapter since May 2021. She works with marketing and communications teams to help position job leads, as well as engaging corporations and recruiters to bring brand awareness to the value that PMI Dallas members can provide to their organizations.
